We’re excited to grow and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Processing

All products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Orders are shipped as soon as production is complete

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods, or carrier delays. Regional and remote areas may require additional time.

For bulk or custom orders, shipping details will be confirmed prior to processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery. If this happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us, and we’ll gladly assist.

Return and Refund Policy

At YAGStyles, every item is made with care and intention, created especially for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Items

All YAGStyles products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes after ordering

We kindly encourage you to review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Email support@yagstyles.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please note:

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for replacement or refund unless the carrier confirms they were lost.

Returns

In most cases, returns are not required for damaged or defective items. If a return is requested, instructions will be provided via email.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or colour preferences. If there is an issue with your order due to a defect or error, we will happily replace the item.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of repeated or excessive claims that appear to fall outside normal use.
