Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within Australia only 🇦🇺. We’re excited to grow and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How are YAGStyles products made?

All YAGStyles products are made to order. Each item is created especially for you once an order is placed, allowing us to focus on quality and reduce overproduction.

How long does order processing take?

Because items are made to order, processing typically takes 2–7 business days. Once your order is ready, it is shipped immediately.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, estimated delivery times within Australia are: 3–6 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The size and weight of your order

For bulk orders, shipping details will be confirmed before processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number for each package at no extra cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are made to order and enter production quickly, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has started. Please double-check your order details, sizing, and shipping address before completing checkout.

What if I ordered the wrong size or colour?

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size or colour selections. We kindly encourage reviewing product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@yagstyles.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Do I need to return damaged or incorrect items?

In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is needed, we’ll provide clear instructions via email. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

What happens if my order is lost?

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we’ll investigate. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for replacement or refund unless confirmed lost.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our made-to-order approach helps reduce waste by producing items only when they’re ordered. This supports a more thoughtful and mindful way of creating apparel.
